- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

- Mix Dry Ingredients in an a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir it well.

- Now mix the liquid ingredients in another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, milk and oil until smooth.

- Gradually, combine the liquid mixture into the dry and mix it until just combined (do not overmix).

- Now pour the batter into your prepared baking dish. Bake it for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve with butter, honey or enjoy it plain.
